Perfect for Pre/Post Workout Drinks

I have two of these, one for making my pre-workout powder mix and one for my post-workout protein powder. These bottles are great and maintain a tight seal so your liquid doesn't leak when you throw them in your workout bag. They also make a distinctive 'SNAP!' sound when you close the white levered stopper so you can tell that it is closed and secure. Just make sure you push hard enough to make the snap and you should be good to go.The whisk ball is nice because it does help mix around all of the powders that I put into them. I'm not sure how well it would work on a thick smoothie, but for liquids of average viscosity these work great.

Good no frills shaker that gets the work done. Easy to clean, and does not spill. I'd recommend it as a workout companion. Free delivery is awesome.
